Michael Colacino was named president of Savills Studley in 2002. He has served as a consultant, strategic planner and provider of specialized brokerage services. His corporate clients have included Time Warner, for which he served as broker on its acquisition and development of the Columbus Circle site.

John was recruited by Savills Studley in 2003 in the role of chief operating officer to complement and enhance the firm's new management structure. His previous experience as president of Urban Data Solutions, a software company that develops 3D computer models for real estate and telecommunications companies and government, allows Savills Studley to capitalize on his extensive technological and marketing expertise.

Since joining Savills Studley in 1998 as corporate controller, Al has made a significant impact on Savills Studley’s business operation and bottom-line earnings by improving systems, streamlining business processes and recruiting talented individuals. His responsibilities encompass all aspects of accounting, budgeting, finance, tax and treasury.
Chairman & Chief Executive Officer
Mitchell joined Savills Studley in 1988 after beginning his commercial real estate career at Huberth & Peters in New York. In 1984, he was honored with the industry’s coveted “Most Ingenious Deal of the Year” for his creation of Manhattan’s “Footwear Center” at 1414 Avenue of the Americas. Since 1989, Mitchell has ranked as the firm’s top producing broker nationwide. Mitchell is the chairman of Savills Studley’s Board of Directors and its Executive Committee.
